The economic crisis create  the condition of poverty become wrost, a number of childrens go down to the streets become the childrens on the streets and the begger increase.  Beside, there are indicated that  the childrens on the streets and the begger coordinated by a sindicate. There are not formal organization of the childrens on the streets or the begger. There is group of the children on the streets and the begger that formed spontanously. In the group of begger, there is a coordinator, the coordinator has function to determine the couple of the blind begger, the route, and the shift of beg for.  On the side, the childrens on the streets group has leader, the leader has function to determine the trip of singging begger.
